My warranty policy lasts 60 days from the date the service was completed. If, during the warranty period, an issue arises with the part that I replaced, I will replace the part again under warranty. Note that my warranty does not cover any physical damage done to the part like drops or spills, but if the part starts not working properly or fails on its own, I will replace it again.
As an example, if you have your MacBook Air LCD panel replaced and after a month you notice a vertical line on the display but the computer hasn’t been dropped or damaged at all, I will replace that malfunctioning LCD panel under warranty.
As another example, if you receive your fixed computer back, then close the lid on your headphones that are sitting on the keyboard and the screen cracks, the LCD panel will not be covered under my warranty as the issue was caused by physical damage. Please note that if something like this happens, please contact me and ask me about my “second repair within a short time” discount. I know how it feels to have a reocurring accident like this and want to help if I can!
At this time I do not offer refunds. My warranty covers the part I installed and if something goes wrong with that part as outlined above I will replace the part again. I do not refund the service, but rather replace the failed part.
I only replace items if they are defective. I do not offer exchanges for say one color screen for another or anything like that.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to me after contacting me regarding the issue. I will provide you with an RMA number to include on the note in the box. I will also provide shipping instructions for getting your computer back to me.
